Kompetanseutvikling i og for arbeidslivet

Med arbeidsplassen som arena undersøker vi hvordan virksomheter fra ulike bransjer arbeider med å dekke kompetansebehov. Vi drøfter systemer for å dokumentere kompetanse som medarbeidere tilegner seg i arbeidslivet, med sikte på realkompetansevurdering.
